Q: Is your home good for kids?

A: Yes! We are glad to host many families with kids in our home each year. The upstairs loft area provides a great ‘kid zone’ and we keep a small selection of games and toys available for their entertainment. Gates and a Pack n’Play are also available for use.

Q: Do you allow pets in your home?

A: Yes, as pet owners ourselves, we are happy to welcome your pets. We do ask that you mention your furry friends to us when you reserve, so that we can provide you with a copy of our pet policy agreement.

Q: How many people can comfortably stay in your home?

A: We have a king bed in the master (2) and a full bed in a bedroom upstairs (2) . There are two twin sized beds in a private loft room (2), as well as a full sized futon and another twin bed in an open loft area (2). We also have a separate queen and twin convertible bed in the living room (2). Depending on how much privacy you desire, our home will sleep 6-10 comfortably. The sleeping arrangement works great for multiple families as well with parents in the bedrooms and the kids in the open areas. We generally suggest no more than 8, but 10 can sleep comfortably. There are two bathrooms with showers on the main floor.

A: The large, open kitchen in our cottage is kept stocked with all the cookware, utensils, kitchen tools, etc that you need to comfortably cook for a large group. In addition to the basics (pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, etc), we provide items like a blender, popcorn maker, and of course the all important coffee pot. We provide dishes and glassware for 10+ and some safety cups for kids. There is a new BBQ on the deck that is kept stocked with propane, and a dishwasher to help for clean up.
